APC PRIMARY: Federal High Court Disqualifies Biyi Adeleye, Declares Solomon Osho As APC Remo North State Constituency Candidate

A federal High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State has declared a lawmaker, Hon. Osho Solomon as winner of the House of Assembly primary of All Progressives Congress, APC of Remo North State constituency.
In his judgement, Justice Oluwatoyin Oguntoyinbo said Solomon was the winner because he collected nomination in which his opponent, Hon Biyi Adeleye did not collect.
Speaking to newsmen shortly after the judgment, the plaintiff counsel, Ajibola Kaka described the judgment as victory for democracy.
According to him “It’s a case between Solomon Osho and Hon. Adebiyi Adeleye the court has delivered the judgement in favour of our client which is Hon. Solomon Osho.
Our correspondent reports that the plaintiff, Solomon Osho is entitled to have his name forwarded to INEC immediately. The handpicking of the Defendant, Biyi Adeleye is declared Null and Void, since there are evidence that Osho paid for Nomination forms, was screened and having scored the highest votes, his name should be forwarded to INEC immediately.
Meanwhile, the court has asked INEC to recognize him as the candidate of APC that the defendant did not obtain form for the primary and he was not screened among the Aspirants and as a result Hon. Adebiyi was disqualified.
SON reports that Ajibola heartily appreciated everyone for their support, implored everyone to come together as one family so as that to ensure that Osho emerges victorious in the coming elections.
Solomon appreciated Almighty God for making the victory possible dedicating the victory to all the party members, leaders and to APC in Ogun State.
Hon. Osho who said the victory is for all the entire Remo North state Constituency promised to work for the success of the party to ensure that all the candidates of APC emerge victorious in the coming poll.
