The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Gubernatorial Candidate in Ogun State, Barr. Biyi Otegbeye congratulated Dr. Akinde, Mukail Aremu, B.Sc., M.Sc. (Economics), M.Sc. (Finance), PhD (Finance), who has just be appointed as Rector of the federal polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State.

Otegbeye in his congratulatory messages affirmed that Akinde is an exemplary Leader.

It was gathered that Mukail's appointment came at the right time and he's the first Yewa Son to occupy the institution’s most prestigious office 43 years after its establishment, the career progression was from Office Clerk to Rector and such is not only historic but inspirational for the young people of Yewaland and Ogun State.

"Kindly accept my congratulations and on your worthy appointment as the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro by the President, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

"Yours has been a life of Service and exemplary conducts and I am not in any doubt that you will acquit yourself of the responsibility bestowed on you with this appointment.

"The Federal Republic, Ilaro is a foremost institution of higher learning in the Ogun West Senatorial district and that you are the best fit to run the affairs of the citadel of learning is a testimonial of your tenacity, industry and enterprise

"I wish you all the very best and pray for God's guidance for you in the discharge of your responsibilities.

"Accept, as always, assurances of my highest esteem." Otegbeye emphatically expressed.
