The Gubernatorial Candidate of African Democratic Congress Barr. Biyi Otegbeye and 23 House of Assembly Candidates floored Labour Party and Ogun APC as the Appeal Court affirmed.
Appeal Court sitting in Ibadan this morning upheld the grounds of Appeal by Barr. Biyi Otegbeye and the other ADC House of Assembly Candidates.
The stage is now set for Ogun gubernatorial contest amongst Biyi Otegbeye of ADC, Dapo Abiodun of APC and Ladi Adebutu of PDP.
