Following his emergence as the winner of the Ogun State governorship election, the leadership of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) has conveyed congratulatory message to Prince Dapo Abiodun. 

 

The union, in a statement issued on Monday by its Publicity Secretary, Otunba Taofeek Shokoya, attributed Abiodun's victory to his achievements in the past four years. 


"On behalf of our amiable chairman, Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle and the entire members of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association (AMORAN) in Ogun State, I wish to extend warm felicitation to our leader and the executive governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun on his well deserved victory in the just concluded Ogun gubernatorial election. For those of us who have keenly followed your giant strides in Ogun state, your victory did not come as a surprise. 


"Therefore, your re-election represents a bold and emphatic testimony to the good work you have done in the past four years. This is a clear indication that the will of the people will always prevail. We are happy that with their loud & irrefutable votes, the people of the Gateway state have sent a strong message that they choose to continue under Governor Dapo Abiodun's building our future together agenda. Once again, congratulations Sir. 


"Let me also use this opportunity to commend the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for upholding the people's will despite reported pressure to unduly influence the outcome of the poll", the statement reads." Otunba Taofeek Sokoya stated
