Aare Adetola Olaonipekun EmmanuelKing MD/ CEO of Adron Homes and Properties was born in 1975 in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, Nigeria.

He's fondly called 'Adron' by all and sundry, he hails from Ilishan and Sagamu Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Adron had his primary education at IMG Primary School, Molete, Ibadan. He later attended Federal Government College, Odogbolu and Remo Secondary School, Sagamu for his post primary education. 

Upon completion of his secondary education, he attended the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and Valuation. 

He further obtained a Master’s degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan.

He holds a Doctorate Degree in Housing Development, Management from the European American University, MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business Management, United Kingdom amongst others.

Adron has impacted many lives in Remo, Ogun State and Nigeria as a whole, his antecedents, laudable achievements, and great contributions to the rapid development of Remoland and Ogun State are second to none.

Dr. Emmanuelking’s passion for real estate and housing development led him to establish Adron Homes & Properties Limited in 2012.

Adron Homes and Properties who's known for making the incredible affordable in real estate has since grown to be a renowned multi-billionaire real estate firm with many subsidiaries across the globe and is arguably one of the leading employers of labour, not just in Nigeria, but in Africa as a whole.

Adron Homes and Properties Ltd has over 200 estates within eleven years and is continuously expanding within the shores of the African continent. The company will be 12 years in February 7, 2024.

Aare Adetola Emmanuelking Dsc, the Akile Adimula of the Source (designate), is indeed a trailblazer, Philanthropist, and a game changer in the real estate sector.

He is married to Chief (Mrs) Aderonke Omotola EmmanuelKing, who is a co-founder and Executive Director of Adron Group and they are blessed with wonderful children.
