BREAKING: OGUN: SAGAMU: Truck Crushes Okada Rider, Passenger To Death In Sagamu

Two people have been confirmed dead in an accident involving a truck and commercial motorcycle (Okada) in Sagamu.
SON gathered that the unidentified truck was carrying a container when the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon around Oba Erinwole Road, close to Ola Oluwa filling station in Sagamu local government area of Ogun State.
Our correspondent reported that the passenger that was feared dead alongside the Motorcycle Operator is a female.
The truck would have been vandalised by mob in the area if not for the prompt intervention of the Police and other security agencies who were said to have rushed down to the scene to maintain peace and order. The accident also caused traffic in the axis.
An eye witness however, blamed the immediate cause of the accident on overspeeding by the truck driver.
Meanwhile the two bodies have been evacuated by the Police while the bike is still under the truck as at the time of filing this report.
