"POWER OUTAGE IN SIMAWA AREA, SAGAMU LGA, OGUN EAST SENATORIAL DISTRICT, OGUN STATE AND THE REQUEST BY THE COMMUNITY TO INSTALLMENTALLY PAY THE OUTSTANDING DEBT LIABILITY.

"I am in receipt of a letter from some of my constituents, who are about 15.000 households living in the Simawa axis of Sagamu LGA. Ogun East Senatorial District of Ogun State.

"They have discussed with your organization for the release of a franchise option arrangement to fix their almost 2-year power outage which is contingent upon the payment of the outstanding debt liability of N139, 000, 000 (One Hundred and Thirty Nine Million Naira only). Now, while they requested to pay installmentally for ten months, they stated that your organization insisted on a single, one-off payment.

"My intervention is hereby requested for by my constituents who have asked that urge you to re-consider their proposal for installmental payment. Attached to this letter is their request for my intervention.

"While looking forward to your prompt response on this issue. please accept the assurances of my highest regards."
