The fight against drugs abuse within Remo has gained a momentum as his royal majesty, Oba Dr Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, Torungbuwa II, LLB, LLM, FCA, FBR, CFR, the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland and also the Chairman Ogun State Council of Obas commissioned NDLEA Office, GRA quarters Sagamu command, Sagamu, Ogun State.
This is just one of many landmark projects being built or facilitated and commissioned by Akarigbo since he ascended the throne of his forefathers as Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remo Kingdom.
According to report, Kabiyesi Alayeluwa, Oba Akarigbo in collaboration with the government, facilitated, played a great role and contributed significantly to the project commissioned.
The commissioning of the new NDLEA Office was done on Monday, 23rd, October 2023.
Those in attendance were, the state commander NDLEA Ogun State command, commandant NDLEA SAGAMU, other top officers of NDLEA in Ogun State command, Bamofin of Remoland, Chief of Staff to Akarigbo of Remoland amongst others.
