Few days ago, the Mowe Market Traders protested against unlawful levy imposed on them where they cried out to the government to come to their aids.

"In response to the unjust levy affecting Mowe Market traders, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, as well as the local government authorities in Obafemi Owode and all stakeholders involved. Under the leadership of Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle, we commend the swift and decisive action taken to address the unjust burden imposed by unscrupulous individuals exploiting the guise of governmental authority.

"The recent outcry from our traders prompted a plea to the state government for urgent intervention regarding the exorbitant levy imposed. We are pleased that our concerns were heard and swiftly acted upon, with the government rightly denouncing the levy as illegal. On behalf of all traders, we express our gratitude to Governor Abiodun and the relevant authorities for their proactive approach in resolving this matter.

"This demonstration of responsiveness reaffirms the governor's commitment to the welfare of his constituents, particularly during challenging times. We sincerely thank Governor Abiodun for his unwavering support and dedication to protecting the interests of the people.
