Attached are the pictorial details of Emuren Community school renovation, showcasing the project's progress and outcomes.

Furniture Donation

In the spirit of fairness and equity, we donated 25 pieces of furniture (chairs and tables) each to Remo North and Ikenne local governments, totaling 50 pieces, at a cost of one million naira (N1,000,000).

The sharing formula which spread across the 3 zones in Remo North and Ikenne local government goes thus;

- Ode Remo High School - 10

- Isara Secondary School - 10

- Ipara Community School - 5

- FOMWAN Nursery and Primary School, Ogere - 10

- All Saint Anglican School, Irolu Remo - 5

- United High School, Ikenne - 10

Mrs James of Ode Remo High School (Principal), Mrs Ajayi of Isara Secondary School (Principal), Mr Ikumapayi, Ipara Secondary School (Principal), Mr Adelaja Babatunde of United High School, Ikenne (Teacher/Secretary of United Alumni). All Saint Anglican School, Irolu Remo - 5 was also delivered to Mr Babatunde/ Gbenga Odumosu due to the fact that they are all on holidays for now and no one to open the Schools, while FOMWAN Nursery and Primary School, Ogere - 10 is to pick theirs at the Akarigbo Palace tomorrow morning according to Gbenga Odumosu who made the disbursement in Ikenne local government easier for the committee. Hon Solomon Osho made the Remo North disbursement easier and better for us too.

Hearty appreciation goes to Hon Adeniran Ademola Adeyinka Sapele for paying for the transportation of planks for both chairs and tables from Ijokun sawmill down to Akarigbo Palace for coupling.

Also, our profound gratitude goes to Hon Solo, Hon Jaddo, Hon Fabrigas, and Comrade Odumosu for powering the disbursement of the chairs and tables to various locations in both Ikenne and Remo North local governments.

CURRENT BALANCE: N688. 51K.

Challenges Encountered:

During project execution, we faced several challenges, including:

-Skyrocketing building material prices.

-Dilapidated road conditions, leading to high transportation costs.

- Rainy season setbacks.

- Weak planks requiring replacement.

- Increased labor costs.

Conclusion

The Project Committee members are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Remo land's development. We have jointly executed the assigned project and report back to the house. Thank you.
