Adhere Strictly To All Safety Rules; Avoid Over-Speeding, Wear Your Helmet - Hon. Shotayo, Chairman ROMO Charges All Riders In Ogun State

Taking a bike has become a norm in our cities to either avoid traffic or get to our various destination quickly.
This is a new week and we implore all Okada Riders to please take congnisance of all safety rules and not endanger their lives and the lives of passengers and other road users.
The Ogun State Chapter of Riders And Owners Of Motorcycle Organization (ROMO) is known for keeping and adhering strictly to all safety rules guiding the Riders on our roads.
As we move out this very week, we urge our members to please note the following;
- Overloading; Avoid carrying heavy loads.
- Helmet; Ensure you properly wear your helmet.
- Traffic Rules: Do not disobey the traffic rules.
- Speed Limit: Avoid over-speeding, maintain a reasonable speed.
- Lighting System: Ensure you have a proper lighting system.
- Road Worthy: Ensure your bike is road worthy
- Visibility: Ensure you remain visible to avoid collision.
- Tailgating: Avoid every form of tailgating, keep reasonable distance from vehicles and other bikes.
- Drinking: Don't drink and Ride, if you must ride, please don't drink.
Above are some of the safety rules to guide all Riders in this new week.
May God guide and protect all of us throughout this week and even beyond.
