‘Oniduro Mi’ Criticism: Evangelist Tope Alabi Appreciates Fans For Standing By Her

Complementing the apology that went viral last Friday over what she described as a mistake to have openly criticised a fellow gospel act, popular gospel musician, Tope Alabi, again has expressed her unreserved appreciation to fans that stood by her in the time of trouble.

Though this is coming after a week of the long-awaited apology after the backlash of her position on ‘Oniduro Mi’, which many found unpleasant to have publicly criticised the hit song of the fast-rising, gospel musician, Adeyinka Alaseyori.

A social media blog, last Friday recounted Tope Alabi’s apology, detailing her feelings and her position about the issue.

But in a bid to further express her sincere appreciation to her esteemed fans that stood by her despite the controversy, Tope Alabi, on Sunday morning, formally wrote an underserved appreciation note through her social media handles to thank everyone. 

The post reads APPRECIATION TO EVERYONE :

“Those He saves are His delight,

Christ will hold us fast;

Precious in His holy sight,

He will hold us fast.

He’ll not let our souls be lost;

His promises shall last;

Bought by Him at such a cost,

He will hold EVERYONE  of us fast.

“I register my unreserved appreciation to you all for standing by and for me through the past weeks. The Lord will never leave us all in Jesus’ name. Thank you all and may the good God bless you all in Jesus’ name.
