"We are not against him as a person but imposing himself as the Oba of this community, we say no and we the community do not recognize him.
"The government has taken a step and a letter has been written to the Akarigbo of Remoland and a report has been sent to the governor and the commissioner for local government and chieftancy affairs .
"As I'm speaking to you that position is still vacant and for him to come into this place that's illegal occupation of the palace.
"He was also accused of selling the ancestral land of the people in the community" he submitted.
Also, An Elder in community Mr E.O Osho said the community leaders have been warning him to move out of the palace for a long time but he refused.
