As part of efforts to appreciate and encourage Students in Secondary Schools across Remo, the apex Youth body; Remo Youth Association ably led by Comrade Yaya Onagbesan fulfilled one of the pledges made during the 2022 Remo Secondary School Quiz competition.

The Executives of the association stormed Federal Government Girls College, Sagamu to officially present WAEC fees to the students who represented the school during the competition.

The Executives were welcomes by the School Principal; Mrs. Muyibat Olodo and members of the schools management.

Before the presentation, the Management of the college and youth leaders had a thorough discusssion on how both parties can synergize and collaborate towards a better society as it relates to education.

The chairman of the association, Comrade Yaya Onagbesan gave a brief of the maiden Remo Secondary School Quiz competition and confirmed that the competition will be a yearly event. He reiterated that the sole objective of the programme is to complement the school effort while encouraging students who study hard.

The head of the education committee, Com. Muyiwa Osularu appreciated the kind gesture of the school towards upholding morals and values that is needed by students in becoming self reliant and responsible to themselves and the society.

The Chairman of the just concluded Remo Youth Day; Comrade Adebowale Aderonke posited that the school is actually doing what it takes by setting standard and preparing the girls for future tasks. She maintain the fact that the girls can fill leadership roles in years to come.

In attendance were, also National Youth Council of Nigeria, Remo North Coordinator; Comrade Olokodana Christopher, RYA Sport Director, RYA Financial Secretary, RYA PRO and media committee.
