A suspected Man Man was said to have beheaded a Landlord in Ipara Remo, Remo North local government of the state.
An eye witness, Kunle who's a resident of Ipara told Save Our Nation that the Man Man was a young fellow who has been parading and tormenting the area, chasing people with cutlass and bottles.
Our correspondent gathered that the mad Man became furious in the early morning of July 21, 2023 as he went ahead and beheaded a Landlord in the area.
Another eye witness who preferred anonymity while narrating the story said the 'Mad Man' was a Yahoo Boy who later ran mad. He told our correspondent that the guy was staying in a rented apartment with a tenant who's a Pastor and his landlord around American Junction, Saapade. The 84 years old Landlord was said to have been burial the same day.
He said there was a misunderstanding amongst the three on that faithful day, while the Pastor scampered for safety upon seeing the guy with cutlass, the Landlord chose to wait to defend himself but was eventually beheaded by the guy.
It was also gathered that the people in the area called upon the police to come to their aid, the Mad Man allegedly attacked the uniform men at the scene but was later shot dead.
His dead body was seen taken away in a police van while some residents in the area were joyous, applauded the police for a job well done.
