Hon. Commissioner Funmilayo Efuwape FAECO, Commissioner of Special Duties, Intergovernmental Affairs under the able leadership of Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR has felicitated with the Governor on his affirmation as the Ogun State Governor by the supreme Court of Justice in the nation.

In a statement issued and made available to Save Our Nation where FAECO congratulated Governor Abiodun immediately the Apex Court gave the verdict on the gubernatorial election in Ogun State.

FAECO said it's a well-deserved victory for all and sundry in Ogun State, people had spoken during the election by casting their votes for him, the victory at the supreme court is a crowned victory after emerging victorious at the election petition tribunal, appeal court.

Today, a five-member panel of the court, in a unanimous judgment a moment ago, dismissed the appeal by Oladipupo Adebutu, who was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last governorship election in Ogun State.

Justice Tijani Abubakar, who read the lead judgment, held that Adebutu and his party failed to prove their case.

Justice Abubakar resolved all the issues raised for determination against the appellants and held that the appeal was without merit. He proceeded to dismiss it.

"We pray that God Almighty reign with you in the discharge of your duties to the good people of Ogun State, success shall be yours and we shall all give God Almighty the glory." Funmi Efuwape stated.
