The deplorable condition of the Aladie/Mayegun axis at Sagamu Interchange on the Sagamu-Benin Expressway has reached a critical point, resulting in devastating accidents, stranded motorists, and loss of precious lives.

Recent Tragic Incident

A ghastly accident involving a truck, bike, and 18-passenger bus occurred recently, claiming multiple lives and leaving others severely injured. This heartbreaking incident highlights the urgent need for intervention.

Appeal for Action

Comrade Gbenga Lawal, President of Sagamu Youth, has visited the scene with his team, sympathized with victims, and appealed to Governor Dapo Abiodun to take swift action.

 The Poor Road Condition Causes:

- Traffic congestion

- Increased fuel consumption

- Economic burden

We call on Governor Dapo Abiodun, Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Otunba Rt. Dewunmi Onanuga Ijaya, Hon. Damilare Bello Dre, Hon. Adeniran Ademola Adeyinka Sapele, Comm. Funmi Efuwape, Comm. Ola Oresanya and other stakeholders to:

1. Rehabilitate the Aladie/Mayegun axis to ensure safe passage.
